This article shows the different interventions carried out for the conservation, protection and management of the Archaeological Complex of Monte Arabí de Yecla (Murcia), with special emphasis on the manifestations of rock art: paintings from Cantos de Visera and Cueva del Mediodía, and cazoletas (engravings from Arabilejo). Quality management has been sought that guarantees, on the one hand, respect for heritage values and, on the other, the rules of use so that both enable conservation and the production of benefits, both economic and social. This has forced us to establish evaluation criteria that contemplate, at least, the following criteria: the value of the asset, and the material and immaterial importance attributed to it; the preservation potential, that is, if it contains conditions for the maintenance and increase in the value that is assumed; the information transmitted, that is, the ability to make the public aware of the values of the place, and finally, the services provided, or what is the same, the activities that promote the enjoyment of the heritage asset.
