Roc Art, Prehistoric Art, Contemporary ArtAbstract
The rock art imaginary is manifested in our days reinterpreted by the creativity and work of contemporary artists, the inspiration and its expression are given by the same complexity of the brain of the anatomically modern human of which we are a part. Just as posterity is inherent to the human being, survival is inherent to rock art, which is why images insist on surviving. The aim of these lines is to reflect on the influence of rock art in contemporary artists and to show some samples of current art in which rock art is identified as an inspiring iconographic element.
